Tax Manager
Your Role
As an experienced tax manager on our team, you have demonstrated technical ability and proven leadership experience. Your journey with us involves further sharpening these skills while working on increasingly complex projects and mentoring emerging talent in our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed reviews of intricate Canadian and U.S. corporate, personal, and partnership tax returns, including GST/HST.
Craft technical memos and legal instruction letters.
Manage and nurture your own client relationships, while simultaneously leading a team of talented professionals.

Requirements
Education
Canadian CPA designation
U.S. CPA designation or EA (Enrolled Agent)
Completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program (Levels 1 & 2)
Years of experience
Approximately 5+
Technical Capabilities
Reviewing complex Canadian and U.S. personal tax returns involving investments in controlled foreign corporations, foreign affiliates, partnerships, etc.
Reviewing complex Canadian and U.S. corporation, partnership, and trust returns
Drafting technical memos and legal instruction letters
