As a tax analyst or technician on our team, you are a recent graduate, and are new to Canadian and cross border tax. You are at the start of your journey and we are excited to assist you in becoming well-versed in all things tax.

As a senior tax analyst you have recently received your CPA designation and have some valuable experience under your belt. At this stage in your journey we will work with you to develop your technical and leadership skills.

As a tax manager, you have developed a strong technical foundation in tax and have some experience as a leader. In this role we will continue to hone your skills by exposing you to more complex projects and providing you the opportunity to mentor the next generation of talent.

As a senior manager, you have already proven yourself as a technical expert in your field. The final step on your journey will be building rapport with your clients and becoming a recognized leader in the organization.
